Kadan : Class of 2025
Gosh, I love what I get to do every summer. Especially when it combines working with students that have been in my classroom doing what I love during the school year! Kadan’s mom reached out to me at the tail end of my shooting season and there was no way I was going to say no to these two! Kadan’s twin, Kolton, will be featured here tomorrow and I can’t wait to show you what images we created together of the two of them in the frame. But for today, enjoy Kadan’s portion of our session!
We started downtown and worked really quickly to avoid the harsh sunlight. Though, as a lifeguard this summer, Kadan is great friends with the Sun. :)
Right around the skateboard park, there’s a feature of a fishing bobber, which is another favorite pastime for Kadan, so we couldn’t pass that up for a few frames (above). Then, we headed towards Court Ave on the hunt for some brick, per request, and found some lovely morning light.
We next drove closer to Kadan’s happy place for fishing and pup, Lulu, joined us for a few. Fishing with Man’s Best Friend on your senior shoot? Can’t get much better! (And then we headed to the stadium where Kadan and Kolton have spent HOURS of their high school years and were up for trying just about anything!)
Kadan: Thank you so much for a lovely morning with your awesome family! I really enjoyed getting to know more about you and Kolton - from music to fishing and all the fun things you do with your friends outside of school. Thank you for allowing me the honor of this small part of your senior year!
All the best,
Carrie
