Carolina : Class of 2025

Carolina is a GEM. An absolute gem of a human being. She, quite possibly, gets the record for being on my Wait List the longest (since her older brother , Luka, was in front of my camera two summers ago). Carolina spent the summer as a camp counselor at Hidden Acres Christian Camp all summer so we squeezed these images in the first weekend she was home. We started downtown….

A quick outfit change and we headed to the top! We had a lovely evening, while it was pretty muggy and the sun was bright, Carolina definitely took it in stride! After our parking lot adventure, we headed to St. Ambrose church and played with the archways, architecture and lovely landscaping around it to highlight Carolina’s deep faith.

After we were done with St. Ambrose, we headed out to Maffitt Reservoir and Carolina’s siblings brought her pups: Bugs & Sabrina. We started with Sabrina because she was a little more docile….. My favorite image may be of Sabrina’s tongue licking Carolina’s nose because I have a similar photo of my niece, age 2, getting similar affection from her pup at the time. I’m definitely a dog person and up for including your favorite 4-legged friends in your senior photos!!

Carolina - You did SUCH A GREAT JOB!! The heat, the humidity, the dog hair….you have an internal joy that isn’t rattled by mere inconveniences of this world. Thank you for investing in younger kids this entire summer and showing God’s love towards each of them so they can know Him more. Your faith has carried you through so much already to get you to today - I know He will carry you through this school year and always wherever you may land for college and beyond.

In Him,

Carrie
