Taylor : Class of 2016

In the midst of what is going on in our world today, I'm thankful for the high school seniors that I've encountered this season to provide a hope for our future. These young men and women are the future of our country who will be making big decisions not only for themselves but for the projection of our nation. Those that I've come across are bright, energetic and ready to take the world by storm. I couldn't be prouder of "my seniors", the Class of 2016.

Taylor is a soft-spoken young man, but I gradually pulled information from him as we chatted about cross country and his love of the sciences. Ask him which course he likes to run best and without hesitation, he claimed Ames as his favorite. Which makes sense since he's highly interested in Iowa State, located in Ames (I provide that little detail of location for my out-of-state readers...:) )

We started in Valley Junction area and we were able to give him a plethora of backdrops and options from which to choose:

I absolutely LOVE when both parents are in on the fun of the session-I think I've had that happen at least three times this year and it's a blast. Each parents brings out different expressions in their child (I say this as Adelaide was crying for "Daddy!!!!" tonight because apparently, he's the fun one....) Then, we headed over to find the last of the leafy trees near the Art Center...

Taylor-You have such a bright future ahead of you. While it may seem like the world you are entering seems to be self-destructing and/or falling apart, I know you will find ways to positively impact those around you. Take care, be safe and ENJOY your senior year!

Blessings,
Carrie
